Director- Kevin Scott

Kevin offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise as well as over 40 years experience in the building industry, and has been the Director of Scott Construction since establishing the company in 1970.
His Role Includes: Project Management, Design & Build, Technical support and Methodology.

Managing Director- Justin Candish

The company is managed by Justin Candish. Justin has 18 years experience in the building industry and, prior to becoming Scott Construction’s Managing Director, Justin spent seven years working in a professional project, and construction management role.
His Role Includes: Management of the company, Client liaison and reporting, Overseeing Contract Works, Providing support to the Site Managers, Project Management.

Quantity Surveyor- Lisette Nelson

Lisette joined Scott Construction in January 2008 from Hanham and Philp Contractors Ltd, Christchurch. Lisette has worked as a quantity surveyor for over twenty years.
Her Role includes: Estimating, Tendering and Financial Management, Variations and Progress Claims, Project Budgeting.

Estimator- Mark Johnston

Mark Joined Scott Construction in March 2010 from IMB Construction Ltd, Nelson, and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Hons.).
His Role Includes: Document Control, Tendering and Variation Assistance, Project Management, Ordering Materials.

Senior Project Manager- Mark Washington

Mark recently came over to Scott Construction in November 2012, he previously worked for RCP Ltd in Christchurch. Mark has over 20 years experience in all levels of the New Zealand construction industry. His Role Includes: Project and Development Management, Client Liason and Reporting, Management and Coordination of Resources.         

Office Manager- Ashleigh Mclean

Ashleigh joined Scott Construction in 2011, while completing her Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Majoring in both Accounting and Management which she completed in November 2012. Her Role Includes: Financial Control and Reporting, Invoicing, Company Wages.

Site Management

Each site is managed by one of our nine qualified site managers.The site manager for each project is based on relevant experience and expertise. Our site Foreman works closely with our management team to ensure that lines of communication are always kept open. This helps to gurantee the effiecient delivery of each project.
