Buller Health Centre

The Buller Health Centre is a 2,360m² facility built to replace the old Buller Hospital in Westport. It will provide a range of District Health Board (DHB) services, including general practice, inpatient care, primary birthing, postnatal care, palliative care, urgent care, and dental services.

This project demonstrates the capacity of Scott Construction and the nominated Preconstruction Manager, Commercial Manager and Site Manager to deliver a $16M Hospital Facility with complex building services on time and budget without incident despite weeks lost due to two civil emergencies (flooding) and New Zealands’s last COVID lockdown.
