Waimea Road Apartments

This is a twenty-nine unit, three storey Kainga Ora development designed to create affordable housing for Nelson residents some of whom have been in transitional housing for long periods of time .It is our largest recent project to use Acrow Framax insitu wall formwork for all concrete walls. The advantages of this system substantially reduced vehicle movements off the challenging SH6/Waimea Road

It’s a highly modular and flexible system allowing pump filling from the bottom, and insitu soffits or decks, and flexible column shapes as well as walls.  

This is the largest social housing development in Nelson delivering much needed low cost housing.
