Custom bricks offer a reference back to the sandy beach and are offset by the cedar clad driftwood lookout, cantilevering out over the recessive dark box the conceals that garage. You enter through a pared back cave like opening on the ground floor – guest accommodation to the right and garage to the left, the lift or stairs take you up to the main level. Outdoor living options for morning sun, full afternoon sun or a retreat for windy days, custom perforated screens help regulate sun and privacy, the house is designed for entertaining, relaxing and taking in the incredible view.
