Soho Apartments

The Soho Development transformed a prominent central Nelson site into a 40-apartment residential complex, sensitively integrating modern five-level apartment buildings with the retained heritage elements of the former Trinity Church.

Delivered on a constrained urban site, the project required careful planning around heritage protection, site access, construction sequencing and neighboring properties. Through close collaboration with consultants and subcontractors, Scott Construction delivered high-quality, modern apartments that combine efficient layouts, secure parking and contemporary living with the character and history of the original site.
